  • Investigated the relation of IgA to HIV susceptibility under the supervision of Dr. Bryan Coburn (2019-2020).
  • Investigated the different bacteria related to chronic lung allograft dysfunction and the detection of bacteria specific IgA under the supervision of Dr. Bryan Coburn (2020-2021).
  • Cultured and worked with bacteria from female genital tract, conducted slideELISA experiment.
  • Prepare and heat killed CLAD related bacteria, performed ELISA, DNA extraction, and qPCR experiments.
